The role
You will be reporting to the Director (Production), you will have administrative functions to work closely with managers in Finance, HR, General Administration, IT, HSE, etc... with strong emphasis in people’ management and development.
The person
• Degree with general management experience in medium or large company;
• Able to manage multi-culture workforce;
• Prior work experience in Indonesia preferred;
• Will work closely with Regional HR Director in implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
