The role
Responsible for conducting survey for both classification and statutory certification, as well as new ship construction, and certification of components and control systems. Plan with owners and execute and complete / report surveys.
The person
• Have a good university degree in Automation / Instrumentation Engineering or related disciplines;
• Rich hands-on experience in main engine remote control systems, auxiliary engines safety, starting and tripping system, fire alarm and monitoring system, impressed current control system, inert gas control system and etc…
• Be willing to relocate on bachelor status or with spouse only;
• Be fluent in spoken and written English;
• Preferably with experience in marine and offshore projects.
